Domestic and international TM projects
Transcendental Meditation is taught worldwide by an international, non-profit organization, whose goal is not only to improve the quality of life of individuals, but also to strengthen the positive impact on society as a whole. For many, the practice of TM brings inner peace, more energy, and clearer thinking, but it is also associated with numerous initiatives that create value at a community level.
A portion of the course fees help support projects that bring the benefits of meditation to disadvantaged people, young people, families, or communities under high stress. These programs show that developing inner silence and mindfulness can be not only a personal journey, but also a real aid in healing, starting over, and restoring human dignity.
On this page, we present domestic and international projects that are close to us and in which Transcendental Meditation contributes to improving people's lives in a practical, tangible way.
The David Lynch Foundation's film shows how many lives have been changed by learning TM - mainly through donations.
Christian monk Gabriel Mejia works in more than 50 orphanages in Colombia to help children who have run away from the streets and drug cartels, providing them with housing and education, and they all practice the TM technique to help them process their traumas.
Hungarian TM projects
We participated in 3 major projects in Hungary, which we will present in more detail.
These initiatives are particularly important to us because they clearly demonstrate that meditation is not an isolated personal practice, but a tool that can make individuals and communities stronger, more stable, and more aware.
