How can you learn TM?
1. Get informed
Read up, watch videos, listen to a lecture, or take an online presentation - whatever works best for you.

2. Apply
Book your first session of the course, where you will learn the technique through personal instruction.
The course lasts 4 days, the other sessions usually take place in the early evening, in groups, for about 1.5-2 hours each session.
3. Become a Meditator
After completing the course, you will become a professional TM practitioner, you will gain lifelong knowledge, you just need to practice 2x20 minutes a day to enjoy its beneficial effects.
If you wish, you can join the meditating community, participate in joint meditations, and take advanced courses.

Our names are Péter Gajdos and Enikő Gajdos, we are a TM-teacher couple.
We have been teaching TM in Pécs and its surroundings since 1996, during which time we have taught more than 1,800 people to meditate.

Mennyibe kerül a TM?
A TM-et világszerte nonprofit szervezetek oktatják, hogy a lehető legtöbb ember számára elérhetővé tegyék, ugyanakkor fenntartsák a nemzetközi szervezetet, amely a tudás tisztaságát, ezáltal a technika hatékonyságát biztosítja.
Hogyan tudom megtanulni a TM-et?
A TM-et egy 4 napos (alkalmanként kb. 1,5-2 órás) tanfolyam keretében lehet megtanulni, melyet egy 4-6 hónapos utánkövetés tesz teljessé.
A technika átadása mindig egyénileg, az ellenőrző találkozók kis csoportokban, személyre szabott útmutatással zajlanak, hogy minden résztvevő a lehető legtöbbet hozhassa ki a meditációból.

Mi a különbség a TM és a Mindfulness vagy más meditációk között?
A mindfulness meditáció során figyelemmel kíséred a gondolataidat, érzéseidet, légzésedet és testi érzéseidet anélkül, hogy ítélkeznél felettük. Ezáltal az elméd könnyűvé válik, ám a gondolkodás aktív szintjén marad, ahogyan sok más meditációs technika gyakorlásánál is.
